Tele-health/virtual care

Some clients may choose to have a virtual/online first assessment so they can discuss their concerns and get to know their therapist from the comfort of their home before coming to the in-person sessions. Some may opt for virtual sessions because they live far from the clinic, or have difficulty coming to the clinic.

Quelen offers online video consultations to new and existing clients.

All video calls are secured with end to end encryption and meet strict privacy and security standards.

Although Quelen will not do any "hands-on" assessment or treatment during virtual sessions, she can observe her clients' movements, she can teach them exercises, and she can discuss concerns and goals, and work on helpful strategies.
